By creating an account or using ExamDesk, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Service Description

ExamDesk provides an online coding assessment platform that enables recruiters to create tests and candidates to complete coding evaluations. We offer tools for test creation, automated grading, proctoring, and result analytics.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share test content, questions, or answers with unauthorized parties
• Attempt to circumvent proctoring or security measures
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with the platform
• Submit code or content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Interfere with the platform's operation or other users' access
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

5. Test Integrity

Candidates must complete assessments independently without external assistance unless explicitly permitted. Violations may result in test disqualification and account termination. Recruiters are responsible for setting appropriate test parameters.

6. Intellectual Property

ExamDesk owns all rights to the platform, including software, design, and branding. Recruiters retain ownership of custom test content they create. Candidates retain rights to their original code submissions, while granting ExamDesk and the recruiting company limited rights to evaluate and store submissions.

7. Payment Terms

Paid features are billed according to the plan selected. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

ExamDesk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use, including but not limited to hiring decisions made based on assessment results.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

10. Modifications

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
